I had the opportunity to eat at Stack’s Pancake house a couple of weeks ago during their grand opening in Mission Viejo. I was very much anticipating their opening when I researched they serve a Hawaiian Breakfast as well as lunch items. They offer a variety of foods that everyone will enjoy, you can’t help but feel the ALOHA in every bite!
Even my Gluten free cutie could enjoy chocolate chip pancakes, upon request. Talk about making his day a little bit brighter one stack at a time.
I had the Macadamia Nut Pancakes with Coconut syrup drizzled all over. It reminded me of the summers I spent in Maui. My all time favorite breakfast is the Macadamia Nut Pancake with coconut syrup and chilled guava juice. I just saved a plane ticket and booked my next breakfast outing at Stack’s!
My oldest had the Oreo Cookie Pancake, the picture doesn’t do it justice.
With two locations, Dana Point and Mission Viejo ~ Whether you are near the land or sea you have a location that is nearest to you! Reasonably priced, Great customer service, Friendly environment, so what are you waiting for? Doors open at 6:30 am and they close at 2:00 pm.
