Recently my family was invited to enjoy the Sunday Brunch at Spaghettini in Seal Beach.
The buffet is what foodies dream of – overflowing with not only breakfast items like eggs, waffles and bacon but also a variety of hot and cold pastas, fried shrimp, seared ahi, crab sushi rolls, shrimp sushi rolls, mussels, halibut ceviche, seasonal fruit, grilled & marinated vegetables, assorted salads, specialty appetizers, , a variety of imported and & domestic cheeses, with freshly baked breads and muffins.
But that’s not all! Not only do you get to enjoy the sumptuous buffet items, but you also get to choose one item from the brunch menu, which includes such mouthwatering options as Chilean Seabass, Waffles and Wings, Louisiana style Catfish and Eggplant Parmesan. There truly is something for everyone and that’s even before I touch on the desserts!
Those 21 and over can also indulge in the drink specials. My partner and I both tried the (excellent) Bloody Mary,
and I couldn’t resist the temptation to sample a few sips of the Bellini Martini and the Pear Nectar Martini – both of which were tasty and refreshing.
The Sunday brunch truly is a feast for all of your senses. In addition to the outstanding food and elegant decor, there is also live Jazz, sponsored by 94,7 The Wave. As we ate (and ate, and ate and ate) we delighted in hearing DW3 play some of our favorite songs. In fact, in addition to our completely stuffed stomachs the great music made us slow to leave. The service was also top notch!
