I feel pretty, oh so pretty…Threading and blowdry

 

Recently I went to Pretty Threading BlowDry. They have an array of services they offer, from Blowdrys, makeup application, threading and henna tattoos. Besides the luscious decor they offer top notch products for your hair and makeup. Everything in the salon made me feel so special. From Mimosas to my makeup application. I was able to take part in all but the threading. Due to wanting a particular arch I was told I needed to wait a couple more weeks before they could attempt it. I know this sounds crazy but did you know there is a science to threading? Yes there is and Pretty, the owner has one. I can’t share it but she showed me the basics of it and it made perfect sense. This is such a perfect thing to do with some of your girlfriends. You could make a day of it. I decided to take my mother for the day and lavish her with all the splendor it had to offer.

 

 

 

I am all about the beauty but before I got my beauty on, I gravitated towards the woman who asked my beverage of choice. Considering I am always sucking down juice boxes with littles it was nice to have an adult beverage and a designated driver. WHOOP WHOOP! Yes yes this Mommy wants a mimosa or two!!!

 

After I enjoyed the peace and ambiance of the salon I got my hair done. It was a such a nice experience to have someone else wash your hair and blowdry it for no other reason than you just want to. My mother got her hair done, and threading. These are the chairs you sit in before you they work their magic.

 

 

 

 

 

While I was waiting I decided to get a Henna Tattoo it was so neat. I haven’t had one in like a long long time. You can see more HERE

Pretty the owner is everything that her name says. She is such a wonderful delight and so friendly and informative. I enjoyed spending the day with my mom and the staff at Pretty Threading Blowdry. I felt like I was spending the day with friends. Pretty made everyone feel welcomed and we all had a good time with laughing sharing memories and looking so glamours when we left. I will be back!!!
