Healing Concussions is Possible!

How many of you have had or know someone who has had a concussion? As a mother of three boys this is one of the dreaded words you hear. One of my boys had such a severe concussion two years ago while playing soccer. It was so bad that if he didn’t get better I was told he wold need to see a concussion specialist. I had not idea what that meant. I was scared as a mother watching my son get dizzy as he walked and it took some time for my son to recover. I have been very blessed by saving little bits here and there over the years to get my son a brain scan from Dr. Amen Clinics. It took some time to save as a single mom, because my insurance wouldn’t pay for what I wanted. I feel on cloud 9 that I am getting the best, ” The Creme de la creme” as the Amen professionals are the top in their field. World renowned and respected on so many levels. I can’t fully express the joy in knowing that after years and years I am just days away of unlocking the key to change my sons life. I will get a whole map of his brain and the top doctors at the Amen clinics will be helping me, help my son.

I am getting this scan for other reasons however this will also show if there was any damage from the concussion as well. I am getting his scan this week and I am so elated I will have he results prior to the events that Amen Clinics are hosting. Even if my son did not suffer from a concussion as a mother I feel this is such important information I wouldn’t want to miss it.
