I recently ate at BLK Burgrz in Ladera Ranch and it was such a wonderful dining experience. The Kobe Beef , Spirits and Brews was totally superb for my crew! It was very clean, crisp and inviting. What I loved about BLK Burgrz is that it you could bring your whole crew (kids) , a date night, moms night out, or guys night out. The ambience was so inviting, the lights adored the trees and the fire pit was dancing in the distance as chairs and couches were ever so placed in such a fen shui way. You saw families, couples, friends and those dining solo just taking time to really enjoy where they were.
As soon as we sat down we were given our menus and greeted with such high-end customer service!
The drinks are handcrafted and tasted superb, with a variety of drinks that paired so nicely with what we were sampling. From the “First Tastz”, “Signature Burgrz” and dessert it was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I have had in a long time. So refreshing, bold and light it was a true foodie experience and we are just on the “Adultz” beverages.
Now here we go as we start this foodie adventure. My cousin (pictured below) who is very particular with his drink selections and we didn’t even start the pairings yet. I would say he was very content.
We started off with the Ahi Stacks; seared Ahi over cucumber. Topped with fried ginger and balsamic lemon sauce. Oh my this was something my palate has been craving for such a long time. Spicy, fresh ahi and the right amount of tang to make it so enjoyable. Not overbearing with spice and the Ahi was fresh and not chewy. It was the right texture and tasted so fresh and it paired nicely towered in this beautiful stacked masterpiece.
I loved the presentation and it tasted as great as it looked. Ok here is another look; creamy, sweet and spicy in all the right ways as it swirled along your taste buds sending them into an epic foodie bliss.
We also tried the Edamame. This was roasted with garlic, bacon, shallots, sea salt and ponzu sauce. Yes I said bacon! This was the only picture I was able to get before my crew started grabbing and shelling it out, literally.
Next it was time for dinner and well they say a picture is worth a thousand words, so why don’t you just caption this one for fun!!!!

I had the classic 1/2 lb of Kobe beef with the finest from Snake River Farms Wagyu. My Burgrz shared the plate with fresh-cut sweet fries. My burger was dressed with farm fresh vegetables and cheeses. The burgrz buns are custom baked and taste delicious, just look at this beauty.
It just kept getting better and better for these two. After a great meal they were going to indulge in such decadent desserts.
BLK Burgrz has something for everyone and the food is simply amazing and I will back. Everything that we had was just amazing.
Our goal is to create the “Best Burgrz” has been recognized by BLK Burgrz 2014 Orange County Golden Foodie Award Nomination as a finalist in the “Best Burgers” Category.
