My little Boyznberry and I had the opportunity to see A Snow White Christmas. This is a Lythgo Family Production. Lythgo Family Productions, produces fun musical theatre that the whole family enjoys. We spent the evening at the Laguna Playhouse, and what an evening that was. This is an interactive performance also known as a Panto. So much singing, laughing and it really took everything I had not to get out of my seat and just dance. With so much going on with the Holiday hustle and bustle it was nice to escape from that reality and just be in the moment. All my things I was worried about and things I needed to do were checked as the first performer took the stage. I am telling you this was a five star production, I loved everything about it. My little one was laughing, singing and just having the time of his life. A Snow White Christmas is a must see for the whole family.

A Snow White Christmas began on Wednesday, December 2nd and will open until Sunday, December 27th. This is an updated rendition of the classic tale, in the style of a traditional British family Panto. This features a family friendly magic with a comedic twist, dancing (with “So You Think You Can Dance” alumni), a live miniature pony and contemporary music from Katy Perry’s “FireWork” to Huey Lewis and the News’ “Power of Love” to Michael Jacksons’ “Thriller” and more. A Panto is known for its interactive style and humor that appears to everyone from ages 2-102.

Performances will be Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 7:30pm; Saturdays at 12pm; 4pm and 7:30pm; Sundays at 12pm and 4pm. There will also be an additional performance on Tuesday, December 15th at 7:30pm; Thursday, December 17th at 2pm and Thursday, December 24th at 12pm and 4pm. Unfortunately there will be no performance on Wednesday, December 16th.
