I did a post about Duracell and a problem I had with one of their products you can read about it HERE. I was blown away by how fast they got back to me and the nice letter they wrote. I was also amazed by their generosity and concern to make sure I wasn’t burnt out and I would be able to be recharged again to give Duracell another chance. I received a letter with a coupon to not only replace the two batteries I bought, but for a Duracell battery pack up to an 8 count pack.

Thanks Duracell you certainly keep my charge going. I also received a sample to try out Tide Pods Detergent which is one of their new products. I will let you know how that turns out. Thanks Procter & Gamble, don’t worry this is a clean slate for us. Everything else is out in the wash and I am one happy customer again.
